Choose your app store

Tap Get or Install. It’s free.

Step 3

Download and open the app

Wait for the download to finish. Find Serco Sync on your phone and tap to open it. Then tap Log In.

Step 4

Enter your username where you are asked for your email

It’s usually first.last@serco.com

Step 5

Enter your password

The same one you use for LMS learning or payslips.

Step 6

A quick security check

To keep your account secure. You may be asked for a code or to approve a prompt.

Step 7

You’re in!

If you’re invited to watch a welcome video, click ‘Skip for now’.

Step 8

You’re in!

Once you’re in, all your Serco tools will open without needing to log in again.

While we wait for everyone, try to find these three things:
